The Park View Apartments is a new complex located on the edge of the Pirin Natural Park, in the upper most part of the Bansko Ski Resort, only 300 metres from the ski lifts. The complex boasts views of the mountain, the forest, the ski slopes and Bansko town itself and is 150 Km from Sofia Airport and 160 Km from the airport at Plovdiv.

The apartment on offer is on the first floor and has been fitted with a Gold Standard Furniture Package which is in pristine condition as the apartment has not yet been used.  It benefits from a modern entrance hallway that leads to a good sized bedroom with en-suite and a good sized balcony where you can enjoy the landscape and brisk air. 

There is a bathroom and a large lounge with kitchen/diner all of which is open plan.  The kitchen is fully fitted for self catering with oven, fridge, large table, to seat 4 people, and the lounge has a 2 seater sofa, that converts into a double bed, and a chair.  The apartment will sleep 4 people comfortably.

This is a gated community and is built in the typical style of the Renaissance period.  The apartment is finished to a high standard with laminated parquet flooring and P.V.C. window frames in wooden style and there is an electric radiator system with separate electricity meter for each spartment.  The complex facilities include a bar, fitness centre with sauna and Jacuzzi, a massage pavilion, parking and a storage room for ski equipment.

Bansko is charming, friendly and welcoming and is an increasingly popular destination for skiers of all nationalities.  Millions of Euro have been invested in the resort to create state of the art facilities which are growing all the time. There are 65 kilometres of ski pistes accessible by the Gondola.  Todorka Peak is the highest point of the mountain and 45 snow cannons cover 50 per cent of ski runs

 The general prices of Bansko Skiing holidays can cost as little as half as much as the majority of other resorts and outside the Ski season the scenery is beautiful ideal for trekking, hunting, fishing and mountain biking and very soon golf on several new courses.
