The resort complex Orpheus House I is situated in the region of Sunny Beach West, a 15 minute stroll to the old town of Nessebar, and just a 20 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of central Sunny Beach, the sandy beach can be reached within 5 minutes via the newly built hotels that also offer lots of facilities.  The surrounding area has shops, bars, restaurants and mini supermarkets if you do not wish to eat out everyday.

The apartment on offer is on the fourth floor and is fully furnished to a very high standard.  It comprises of an open plan lounge with dining area and a kitchen fitted with everything needed for self catering.  There is one bedroom, a family bathroom and two balconies with views overlooking the pool. The apartment is in perfect condition and will sleep 4 people comfortably.

Immediately outside the complex is a bus stop that can take you in both directions to Sunny Beach and Nessebar in less than 3 minutes, there is also an abundance of taxis that are available to take you anywhere in the area.  This newly developed part of Sunny Beach offers you the opportunity to enjoy the amenities that both central Sunny Beach and Nessebar has to offer.  There is also a small stadium near by that offers many sporting activities to include all year round tennis courts.

The complex consists of two buildings comprising of a total built up area of 3040 m2 with 20 apartments in each building on three floors and an attic.  Each building has three blocks; A, B, and C. The apartments have been finished to an excellent standard, with spacious common areas and individual entrances to each block.  

There is an outdoor pool suitable for adults and children, a play area for children and a seating area to relax.  The complex has secure fencing that will compliment the newly laid gardens and safe ornate paving around each apartment.  There is also 24 hour security.
