There are 4 villas on offer, numbers 9, 10, 13 & 14, and each has 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and living room, a family bathroom, a guest toilet, 2 balconies, a roomy patio on 3 sides of the house and a big sun terrace. Solar panels are installed for hot water.

There is a full time caretaker and 24 hr security on the complex making it very safe for owners and their families.
